The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum bet amount is ৳10 per bet
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment
• If a bet is incomplete due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet stake will be refunded
• For academic sports events, 33 cd's decision is final in the event of a disputed result

33 cd reserves the right to void bets and investigate accounts where suspicious betting patterns — such as match-fixing or arbitrage — are detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33 cd platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held:

• Operating multiple accounts
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's information
• Bonus misuse or bonus abuse
• Match-fixing or any form of fraudulent betting
• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools
• Money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or software
• Harassing or defrauding other users

33 cd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. In most cases, the user will be notified in advance.

Common reasons for account closure:

• Violation of Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Suspicious transactions or betting patterns
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request
• Extended inactivity (over 1 year)

Users may close their account at any time by emailing support@33cd.bet. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed, unless it is being closed due to a rule violation.
